Cheguei nele por uma indicação de um surf shop, já tinha feito umas pesquisas de preço em aulas de surf e quando eu vi perfil dele na Internet eu pensei \"Esse cara deve cobrar caro!\", e me enganei!. Marquei minha aula, e fiz junto com um casal de alemão, o cara fala um inglês muito bom e fluído, e soube explicar toda a teoria, quando fomos para a prática, ele vibrava por cada pequeno passo que nós avançavamos.\n\n🇺🇸\nErnesto is a really great guy, with a big heart and good vibes. I found him through a recommendation from a surf shop. I had already done some price research on surf lessons, and when I saw his profile online I thought, “This guy must charge a lot!” — and I was wrong! I booked my lesson and took it together with a German couple. He speaks very good and fluent English and explained all the theory perfectly. When we went to the practical part, he celebrated every little step we made.",

Ernesto is passionate, funny, easy going and kind - with great English!! We also rented boards the following days for a reasonable price where Ernesto happily give pointers if needed. Highly recommend!\nSuggest surfing as early as possible to avoid the crowds.",

            "Description": "I can’t recommend this surf school enough. We went with a group of six, all mixed levels of experience. For the more experienced surfers, our teacher Ernie gave them tips that I could tell really helped them catch better waves, have better technique, etc. For the newbies, he was SO patient. We were all able to stand up and ride some waves! I personally was really scared because I’m not a great swimmer and I was worried about sharks. He was incredibly kind and empathetic about my fears but also encouraged me to be brave. The difference in how I felt from start to finish was amazing!\n\nTruly we can’t thank Ernie and Nexus enough for such a great experience. This was a highlight of our time in Brazil! We will remember it forever. Thank you!",

While some other schools in the are quoted me gringo prices, Nexus Surf charged me a fair price.\n\nWhen I arrived, everyone was welcoming. Ernesto made me feel very welcome and showed an interest in me.\n\nOut on the waves, Márcio explained all of the basics to me simply. He taught me how to lie on the board, stand up and keep my balance. He also taught me how to read the waves and catch a wave on my own without my help. He always kept an eye on me to make sure I was okay.\n\nThe next time I visit Barra da Lagoa, I will head straight to Nexus Surf and book some more lessons.",

            "Description": "This is the place to go to for surfing. Ernesto and Marçio are kind, knowledgable, and skilled teachers. They will be honest with you when the waves are not great and not just try to take your money like all the other places. Ernesto and Marçio helped me to understand way more than just how to surf. They taught me the importance of reading the waves, how to be respectful to other surfers, and how to surf safely to prevent injury - among other things. They also will transport you to other beaches besides Barra da Lagoa to chase the best waves based on reports. I highly recommend anyone who is learning or just wants to surf with some great people to choose Nexus Surf School. I plan on going back to surf with them again soon.",
